Do you live in or around the Eau Claire area?  If so, make your shopping experience even easier.  Order your products online with your credit card, PayPal account or Google Account, and we will do all the work for you.  You can have your order shipped right to your home or come and pick it up right at the store (if you choose in-store pick-up, you must pick it up within 5 days).  Learn more below.

 How To Order
Step 1: Find the products you wish to buy and add them to your cart.
Step 2: Register online or shop as a guest, and complete your purchase on our site.
Step 3: Choose whether you would like in-store pick-up or to have your items shipped directly to you.
Step 4: Pay for your order using a credit card, PayPal account or Google Account
Step 5: Sit back and relax, we will do the rest.

 Post Order Information (In-Store Pick-Up)


Once we receive your order, we will gather everything up and set it aside for you.  We will then contact you by phone to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up.  Once we call, you will have 5 business days to come to our store and pickup your merchandise.  If you are unable to make it within the 5 days, it is your responsibility to contact us to set up a reasonable time for you to come in.  Orders that have not been picked up will be put back in stock.


Important:  Please bring a copy of your order, a drivers license or other US Government issues ID card, and the credit card you used to purchase the items.  We may ask you to provide proof of your identity if we do not know you from previous business dealings with you.


After you have received your merchandise, we will charge the credit card used and you will receive an email confirmation from us stating the your order is complete.  If you used Paypal or Google, your order will be paid in full prior to picking it up.  Please note, the automated email will state that your order has been shipped, obviously you can disregard that as you have picked it up.  For furture references, your orders you place online will be listed online so you can see your purchase history moving forward.

What if I need items altered?

If you need the bottoms of pants altered and know your size, you may add this information to the shopping cart comments sections.  If you do not know your measurements or unsure of the fit, we can help you when you come in.  Some alteration charges may apply, specifically for items other than pant bottoms.  For the quickest prices, please call our store at 1-715-832-3502.


Need to add additional items after you have order?

Any items added after your checkout will have to be charged separately.  When you pay online, we only have access to that specific amount listed on the order.  Anything above and beyond that must be rung up separately once you are in our store.


What happens if I need to return or exchange any items?

Exchanges that do not involve any money changing hands is not an issue.  All transactions that require money back will be refunded via the same payment method used during checkout.  If you owe more money, you can pay in any form you wish.


How long will it take for my order to be ready?

During normal business hours, we usually have orders pulled within about 30 minutes.  On most weekends and all holidays, your order most likely won't be pulled until the next open business day.  We will attempt to contact you as soon as we have your order ready.  If you wish to call to receive the status of your order, you may do so by call us at 1-715-832-3502 during normal business hours.


Any benefits of local customers being on the online mailing list?

You bet!  By being on our mailing list, you can receive periodic emails from us that contain sales on some or all of our products online and in-store.  Plus, it is a good way to hear about some of our newest items that are arriving throughout the year.  You can be removed at any time from the mailing list if you choose.
