Muldoon's Men's Wear Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus original shipping charges (if applicable).  During November and December, we will honor all returns & exchanges through January 15th of the new year, as we understand many purchases during this time are gifts.  All returns / exchanges must contain all the original packaging.   Items that have been altered or worn may not be returned unless they are defective.  If the items has been altered or worn, and you still return it, we reserve the right to return the item to you if we can no longer sell it.  If you are unsure of you exact size or how an item will fit, please do not have alterations done until you have had a chance to try on the item.
 
Restocking Fees (Orders Returned Within 30 Days)
We no longer have restocking fees for items returned within 30 days
 
Restocking Fees (Orders Returned After 30 Days)
-Items that are returned after the original 30 days: 20% restocking fee added (i.e. if you paid $100, you would receive an $80 refund).
-Items that are returned more then 4 months after original purchase are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
 
Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all shipping charges to return any items to us.  We will not credit your account for any shipping expenses.  If we have made an error in the shipment to you, or the item is defective, please contact us before shipping the items back to us.  We will either send you a UPS Call Tag for the item or send out a replacement with a UPS Call Tag enclosed for the items needing to be returned to us.

All returns should be via a service that we can track (UPS or FedEx, unless you are in HI, AK or from an international country).  We also suggest some type of insurance (companies such as UPS automatically guarantee up to $100).  We can not be responsible for packages lost in transit, which means if you can not provide proof that a package was returned, we can not and will not refund you.

 
What You Must Enclose With All Returns & Exchanges
-Unaltered & unworn  item(s)
-All the original packaging for the item(s).  If you have removed the tags, these must be included.
-A copy of the Order Confirmation or Receipt
-Return / Exchange Form (if you did not receive one, please click here)
 
Items That Can Not Be Returned Under Any Condition
-Underwear that has been worn (by law we can no longer sell this item)
-Items that are no longer in brand new condition (if we can't sell it, we can not refund you)
 
Miscellaneous Information
-Refunds are generally given with 14 business days
-If your purchase was online, you will receive an automated email telling you that your refund has been processed.  If you have received this email, and you do not see a refund on your statement within 10 business days, please check with your bank.  The refund is usually processed from our bank to yours within a few days, but we have had customers who's banks had not processed it on their end right away.
-If you are exchanging items, you will be subject to a shipping fee to send the new items back to you.
 
Where To Ship Your Return or Exchange

We ship the majority of our orders right from our store in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  However, we also have many orders that will ship directly from the manufacturer to you the customer.  It is extremely important that you ship the items you want to return or exchange to us only.  The only address you should ever ship your order back to is listed below
