Ordering

If you have an account with us and can't seem to remember your password, click the 'forgot the password?' link on our login screen. You will be asked to enter your email address of your account, and if we have you registered an email will be sent to you with instructions on resetting your password. We are unable to change or see any passwords.

Yes we do! Join our mailing list online to receive discounts throughout the year. We only send a few emails per year, so you will always know you are getting a deal when we send them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

In most cases, we only will alter pant bottoms. If you need an alteration done, please add a note in the 'comment' section during checkout. If you are local and need alterations, please come in and our seamstress can assist you with most alteration requests. Please note, if we alter any item for you, that item is not eligible for a return or exchange.

We accept most types. Currently, for online orders we accept most major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Samsung Pay. If you call us to place an order, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We make every attempt to keep our inventory correct online, and most items will show the correct stock available on the product pages. In the instance that we are unable to locate an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund (shipping included). We will always try to contact you if there is an issue with your order, but certain items that are discontinued or seasonal can not be re-ordered once gone. If an item is available to order, we will follow up with you on any delays this may cause as only a few manufactures offer drop shipping straight to customers, so it may take up to 2 weeks if we have to order an item.

Products

Our site is set to only sell what we are suppose to have in our inventory. If there is a color or size that is out of stock, please contact us and we can verify availability and order more if possible. If you are looking for an item we don't currently carry, we may be able to add it to our shop if you let us know what you are looking for.

Every manufacturer has a different idea on sizing, so we truly understand the confusion when it comes to ordering online. Many products have a size chart on the specific product page. However, for any sizing related questions, you can contact us at 800-972-0783 or by email , and we will try to guide you to the correct size. If you are unsure of your measurements, most men's stores or bridal/tuxedo rental stores can measure you for a small fee.

Indeed. We carry a large selection of Suits, Sport Coats, Blazers, Pants, Shirts, Tuxedos and other odds and ends in our retail store. We are constantly trying to add new products to our online collection, so please continue to check back for all our new additions (100's per month during Spring and Fall). If you are in the Eau Claire, Wi area, stop in to see our entire collection.

We pride ourselves on helping customers find what they want. Sometimes you might just need more information than what we show online, and we welcome the questions. If you have a request, such as needing a measurement of an item, or would like to see an additional picture showing a certain part of the product, we will do our best to provide that for you. Please contact us by email and we will try to reply within 24 hours when possible, if not sooner.

Returns / Exchanges

Short answer: You may return an unworn and unaltered item with 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange as long as the item is still in an unused state with all packaging and tags that originally came with it. Shipping back to us is the customers responsibility. If you choose to exchange an item, we will reship the exchange at no expense to you.

No. We do ask that you put a note with your return or exchange explaining what you want to do. If it is a return, please include a reason (i.e., too small, wrong color, etc...).

We strive for 100% satisfaction, so if there is an issue with your order we are here to help. In the event something isn't right, please proceed as described below:

-Wrong item, size or color was sent: Please contact us and we will look into the order and verify our stock. In this case, we will ship the correct item with a prepaid return label to receive the incorrect item back.

-Item doesn't fit or just don't like it: Please ship the item back to us. If you request a refund, we will issue one within 7 days of receiving it back (minus original shipping costs).

For all other issues, please contact us at 800-942-0783 or by email so that we can work with you on a solution. Please note, unless there is a defect in the item or we made a mistake (size, color, etc..), shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer, and no refund will be given for shipping costs.

Shipping

Most orders placed Monday - Friday ship same day if ordered before 12:00pm CST. Orders placed over the weekend normally ship Monday afternoon. In the rare case our inventory is incorrect and we are unable to ship right away for you, we will contact you as early as we can. If we are altering items, please allow an extra 24-48 hours to ship.

We do charge a tiered shipping price depending on order value. For ground shipments, we offer free shipping for orders of $100.00 or more. Please see our shipping page for more information.

We currently ship via UPS and US Mail, depending on package weight and shipping method chosen at checkout. Most expedited orders (2nd Day Air) ship via UPS. We currently do not offer Overnight shipping unless you call in advance as the prices can vary depending on order and shipping address.

Currently, we only ship to the USA and Canada. As we can not verify credit card information from outside the USA and Canada, we do not ship elsewhere, sorry. Please note, if you live in Canada you may/will be charged duty taxes and fees that are out of our control. We can give you an educated guess at these fees, but can not guarantee an exact amount. Please contact us for more information.

We include tracking numbers for all orders we ship out. Please follow the tracking so you know when to expect your package to arrive.  

If the tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, please do the following prior to contacting us:

-Check with others in your household

-Check all places around your house a package could be hidden when delivered.

-Check with neighbors

-If you live in an apartment building that has a locked room or mail slot, please check with the carrier as to where they left it.

If your package is delayed or has stopped moving in transit, please contact us and we can contact the carrier for assistance.

We know missing packages can be frustrating, and it does happen from time to time. We will work with you to help resolve any issues that we can. Please understand, some things are out of our control (weather related, sorting issues, etc...).
