Muldoon's Return / Exchange Form
If you need to send products back to us for either a return or an exchange, please download our Return / Exchange Form and include it in your package.  We ask that you read our return policy below to make sure the item(s) you are sending back are permitted.
Muldoon's Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus original shipping charges (if applicable). During November and December, we will honor all returns & exchanges through January 31st of the new year, as we understand many purchase during this time are gifts. All returns / exchanged must contain all the original packaging. Items that have been altered or worn may not be returned unless they are defective. If any items have been altered or worn, and you still return them, we reserve the right to return the item to you if we can no longer sell it. If you are unsure of your size or how an item will fit, please do not have alterations done until you have had a chance to try on the item.
Restocking Fees (Orders Returned Withing 30 Days)
We no longer have a restocking fee for items returned within 30 days.
Restocking Fees (Orders Returned After 30 Days)
-Items that are returned after the original 30 days, but within 4 months may incur a 20% restocking fee
-Items that are returned more than 4 months after original purchase are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees
-You are responsible for all shipping charges to return items to us. We will not credit you for and shipping expenses. If we have made an error in the shipment to you, or the item is defective, please contact us before shipping the items back to us. We will either send you a USPS Prepaid Return Label for the item, or we may ship a replacement with a USPS Prepaid Return Label enclosed in the new shipment.
-All returns should be shipped via a trackable service (USPS, UPS, Fedex). We strongly suggest you insure the package. We can not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Keep all tracking numbers until we have received your return as we will not refund you without proof of delivery.
What You Must Enclose With All Returns / Exchanges
-Unaltered and unworn item(s).
-All items in the original packaging. If you have removed the tags, these must be included.
-A copy of the original confirmation or receipt
-Return / Exchange form, or detailed instructions on what you would like us to do.
Items That Can Not Be Returned Under Any Condition
-Underwear that has been tried on / worn. We are unable to resell open packages of underwear, sorry.
-Items that are no longer in brand new condition. If we can not sell it, we will not refund you.
Miscellaneous Information
-Refunds are generally issued withing 14 business days.
-Once we issue a refund, please allow a few business days for the money to show up in your account.
-Online orders will receive an automated email once a refund has occurred. If you do not see one within 14 days, please contact to verify we have received your order.
-For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will ship the new merchandise at no charge once we have received your original items back. Any additional exchanges on the same order will occur a shipping charge.
Where To Ship Your Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be shipped to our store. From time to time we will have a manufacture ship the items directly to you to expedite an order, even in those cases the items MUST be returned to us or no refund or exchange will be accepted. Please ship to our store address below:
